Under the New Roads and Street Works Act, 1991 (NRSWA), once you have completed your NRSWA Streetworks training and have your Certificate from an Awarding Organisation, you can apply for to be on the Street Works Qualification Register (SWQR) and you will receive a Streetworks Card (SWQR card).
